The practice manager is responsible for the management and organisation of the practice. If you have any questions or complaints about the running of the surgery or non-medical aspects of your care, the practice manager may be able to sort them out for you.
Receptionists
Our team of receptionists is here to help you. They are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
Please remember that receptionists are often following the instructions of the doctors. Please be polite at all times as abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
If you would like to talk in private, please ask.
Please notify us of changes of address or personal details as soon as possible. In an emergency this could be vital.

The practice nurses are available by appointment. They are employed by the practice to provide help and advice in health care and disease prevention. They undertake routine cervical smears, run diabetic, asthma, cardiac and smoking cessation clinics as well as performing health checks and offering travel advice.

Health Visitors

The health visitors are expert at disease prevention, recognition of health and social problems and childhood surveillance. They care for all ages, undertake home visits, run a baby clinic and advise on child care, development and immunisation.
