Join Our Virtual Patient Participation Group 

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.  To help us with this, we are setting up a virtual patient participation group so that you can have your say.  We will ask members of this group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of care or service you receive.  We will contact you via email and aim to keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn't take too much of your time.

We would like around 100 patients to join our virtual group from as broad a spectrum as possible.  We need young people, workers, retirees, carer's, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

How do we know we are making a difference?

All results and actions will be included in our action plan which will be published on our website and in the surgery.  We will also give you the opportunity to review all survey findings and seek your agreement to implement any changes where necessary.

How to join the Patient Participation Group
