We are in the process of sending booking links via text to eligible patients for flu vaccinations.
Please follow this link which will take you to available flu clinics. This will enable you to select a suitable date and time.
If you are not able to follow the booking link. Please contact the surgery on 01670 822695 and our Patient Services Officers will be able to help you book an appointment.
If you do not have a telephone number recorded on your patients records, please contact the surgery to update our system. If you do not have a mobile telephone number. Do not worry. We will contact you.
