SystmOnline Appointments
As from August 2026 the surgery will be closing the SystmOnline booking of appointments for smears. Unfortunately, the service is being used inappropriately, with appointments being booked into slots for smears with nurses for GP issues. This causes disruption with wasted valuable appointments but also to patients, as these appointments must be re-arranged.
Patients can continue to use the online booking system for smears until August 2026. The appointments are clearly allocated for smears in nurse clinics, please only book into these allocated slots for smear appointments with the nurse.
From August 2026 When you receive your invitation to book your smear, please contact the surgery and we will be happy to book you into an appointment that is suitable.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, we aim to make booking of appointments as smooth as possible.
